A Bear and A Dove

A Bear and A Dove

$10.00

Molested at the age of seven by a family member and threatened with his life not to tell, Richard Lee Morgan became filled with hatred and rage even as a young boy. He entered juvenile prison at a young age and served nearly 32 years behind bars by the time he was released in 1991.

While Richard was already in prison, Dove was a 12 year old girl with an alcoholic father that was never home. As she got older she developed a real heart for helping drug addicts, alcoholics, and those that were locked up. Eventually Dove became involved in prison ministry and met Richard “Bear” Morgan.

This is the story of their journey of faith together.

As one of Bear’s teachers in the faith, and as a brother who rode with him, it is great to read Dove’s heartfelt testimonies to the faithfulness of God in Bear Morgan’s life. Bear was a very special man — called to reach the so-called “unreachables” in this world. His life was a daily demonstration of the transforming power of God and His Word.

Allow Bear’s story to bless you and energize your faith, then follow Bear’s example and share it with an unreachable yourself!

A Bear and a Dove…Oh what a balance… One walking the earth and the other flying above…Nothing can be missed, because one sees from above and one sees from below…Oh Lord, let this anointing flow — send them forth from here, straight to the skies and straight into the land where you have called these people to make such a difference….
